Make it
Old Fashioned
- 2 oz rye or bourbon
- 1 sugar cube (or 1 tsp simple syrup)
- 2–3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
Muddle the sugar with the bitters and a splash of water. Add the whiskey and one big ice cube, stir for 20 seconds, then express the orange peel over the top.
